I recognize that the Black experience at BMC is varied and complicated; being asked to edit this Bulletin was an honor because it offered me the opportunity to collect and share the stories of others, 希望强调黑人的经历不是单一的，值得学院明确考虑, 特别是那些将来管理BMC的人.
